Summary: Responsible for successfully managing the day to day operations of a supportive, engaging, and inclusive MBA program experience. In collaboration with the Program Executive Director and the Integrative Student Services Center of Excellence, designs, develops, implements and evaluates programs and processes for program student support services. This key professional reports directly to the Executive Director of the Winston-Salem Evening MBA program, currently ranked #1 in the state of North Carolina.

Summary: Responsible for recruiting high quality students for the Wake Forest MBA Programs in Charlotte (CLT), NC, Winston Salem (WS), NC and supporting Enrollment Management (EM) activities for the Online program. S/he is expected to contribute to the development and execution of the enrollment management strategy as our team seeks to continuously improve the quantity, quality, and diversity of students in our programs. The ability to effectively network and maintain relationships with alumni and the community are essential skills for this role. Strong sales techniques are essential and will be used frequently as s/he explores innovative ways to advance the reputation and market value of the programs, School of Business, and University.

The Associate Director of Admissions & Recruiting is responsible for implementing the recruiting and admissions plans for the Carlson School’s Master of Science (MS) programs, which include MS in Business Analytics, Master of Applied Business Analytics, MS in Finance, MS in Supply Chain Management, and Master of Marketing by attracting high quality candidates to apply to and attend the Carlson School. A particular focus of the role is developing strategic relationships across the U of MN and area campuses. The position develops and manages campus/class visit program, plans and hosts specialty recruiting events, and coordinates ambassador programs. The position may travel locally, nationally and internationally to recruit prospective students. The position also serves as a high-level advisor to candidates interested in the program, conducting extensive outreach with potential students via phone and email campaigns, meet with walk-in candidates, and respond to general inquiries from prospective students, applicants, and admitted students. The position coordinates MS programs application and interview process, conducts admissions interviews, reviews admissions applications, and provides admission recommendations. Other tasks include contributing to the planning, implementation and reassessment of the strategic recruitment and admissions plan for the MS programs, and management of specific admissions and recruiting projects and events, Ambassador Programs, Graduate Assistants, as well as support for exploration and launch of potential new Master’s programs etc.Project Management (15%)

Admissions Specialist
As a central member of the Questrom School of Business Graduate Admissions and Financial Aid Office (GAFAO) team and reporting to the Director, Online MBA Admissions, the Admissions Specialist has the major responsibility for daily implementation of the Questrom Online MBA recruitment and enrollment strategy and initiatives. This position is focused on delivering a high-touch, personalized approach to prospect stewardship throughout the entire application pipeline, including: evaluating applications for admission, identifying prime candidate prospects for the Online MBA, guiding candidates through the application process, and maintaining regular communication with admits to convert admits to enrolled students. The Admissions Specialist also develops and implements event strategies to support recruitment and conversion.
Admissions Recruiter
The Admissions Recruiter will serve as recruiter and advisor for the Muma College of Business at Sarasota-Manatee for both undergraduate and graduate levels. The advisor is responsible for implementing a recruiting strategy within a specific territory (Sarasota, Manatee, Charlotte, DeSoto, and Lee Counties) or specific population of students, such as first time in college, transfer, returning, adult, and graduate students. The Recruiter will provide prospective students and parents with admissions requirements information, application procedures, and USF policies and procedures. The Recruiter will represent the Muma College of Business at Sarasota-Manatee at all outreach and recruiting functions. This is a one year appointment funded with non-recurring funds, which may be extended annually subject to the continuation of those funds.
